At Lousero Fashion, we strive to ensure that you love every purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer an easy 7-day return policy for a hassle-free shopping experience.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return a product if:
✔ It is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
✔ It has all original tags and packaging intact
✔ The return request is placed within 7 days of delivery
✔ It is not a final sale, clearance, or non-returnable item
2. How to Initiate a Return
1️⃣ Submit a return request – Email us at support@lousero.com with your order details.
2️⃣ Our team will verify your request – Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping details.
3️⃣ Ship the item back – Pack the item securely and send it via a trusted courier. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Get your refund/store credit – After the product passes quality checks, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
3. Refund & Exchange Process
Refunds: Issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order for the preferred size or color.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures. We will arrange a free replacement or refund as per your preference.
5. Important Notes
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via store credit.
Lousero Fashion reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return conditions.
