At Lousero Fashion, we strive to ensure that you love every purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer an easy 7-day return policy for a hassle-free shopping experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return a product if:
✔ It is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
✔ It has all original tags and packaging intact
✔ The return request is placed within 7 days of delivery
✔ It is not a final sale, clearance, or non-returnable item

2. How to Initiate a Return

1️⃣ Submit a return request – Email us at support@lousero.com with your order details.
2️⃣ Our team will verify your request – Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping details.
3️⃣ Ship the item back – Pack the item securely and send it via a trusted courier. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Get your refund/store credit – After the product passes quality checks, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

3. Refund & Exchange Process

  • Refunds: Issued via the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order for the preferred size or color.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures. We will arrange a free replacement or refund as per your preference.

5. Important Notes

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via store credit.

  • Lousero Fashion reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return conditions.
